As the world grapples with a constantly shifting climate, the Nevada Hydrogen Business Council is front and center in promoting the use, development, and expansion of clean, sustainable hydrogen to power business, energy, and transportation in the Silver State.
Americans need to take a cold-hard look at our energy capacity.
We cannot drill and dig ourselves into more oil. Crude oil lakes worldwide are at critical levels and deep ocean exploration is damaging, deadly, and expensive.
And with more than half of the U.S. dependent on aging nuclear power plants for energy, we have already gone past our tipping point. With no new nuclear plants since the 80s and the currently operating plants dangerously close to the end of their over-extended operating lifespans, we need to take action now.
